If you want to grow a new future to replace what you just cut away, you have to water it with your heart’s blood. I mean, what else can I say in this tiny field of text that I haven’t said two hundred and twenty two times before? I’ll boil it down: Go, live! Live.
It’s true listeners, we’ve made it to the 6 year mark! I’m not going to lie, I never thought I’d take it this far! I figured I’d give it a good shot for 3 years and see how things go. Due to the support of many listeners and many bands I’ve been happy to continue doing this little podcast for any ska fan that downloads it. Thanks, for real, thanks!

I’m sleepy. I’ve had several long and strange days. I don’t want to talk about it, but they haven’t been bad, just nothing to brag about. But I will say this. Shaking yourself out of your normal routine can have positive results, so you should try it every now and again.
So very many 23min of Ska episodes are finalized and mixed in the wee hours of the night when I really should be asleep, this episode is no exception. I had a few ideas for this one, luckily it snapped together pretty quickly and awesomely. I always try to plan a few weeks ahead, makes a better podcast, or at least one that doesn’t keep me burning the midnight oil to produce. But this one, this one feels right that it kept me up so late. Exhausted, listening to music I love, to share it with the kind of folks that are awesome enough to listen… well it doesn’t get better than that! I’ll take a million sleepless nights to party with any one of you rascals! Ska is made for late night revelries. And maybe a bad decision or two.
Check that intro track! That’s a brand spankin’ new song from the Freecoasters! Great song, eh? Help them put it out and hit up www.theFreecoasters.com for their crowd funding effort! The band worked with Jessie Wagner to make something pretty damn awesome, so get on that! Oh, and this episode is about space. And water. Yep. That’s a combination that fits like a glove. That makes sense right? Right? Hey, outer space and the sea, it works. It’s a theme. Dig it!
