I’ve done it again! I’ve managed to make you, my listeners pick out songs for this week’s episode. That’s right, if you don’t like it you have no one to blame but yourselves! Of course, if you do like then what the hell do I think I’m doing each and every week? Maybe you’re all better off without me! Oh man, I didn’t think that making a podcast this week and then writing this little blurb was going to send me into a crisis of self… well… damn…
We’re starting today’s episode off with a brand new song from We Are The Union from their new album. Also, damn, check out the rest of this fantastic ska that I’m bringing you! Seriously, get dancing!

Here’s the new episode folks! Hells yeah! I hope you dig it. If you do, tell your pals about this podcast, and hell, tell the bands (if you dug them) “hey” for me. Let that be the 23min of Ska listener vow, “Let’s all go support some ska bands!” how does that sound? Too preachy? Too needy? Hrm… let’s’ work on this one… but it’s a good start none the less!
Alright, let’s get down to it. It’s been a long week. We all need to celebrate the fact that we’ve just about wrapped up another one. Things can suck, oh they surely can! But we can’t let that stop us. All the craziness and horror going on around us, we have to push through it. We have to fight it. If dancing and ska music help you, then you’ve come to the right place.
This started out as an all covers episode, but that was earlier in the day. By the time the sun set I was in a much mellower mood, and let’s be real, most covers are very uptempo and very ska/punk-centric. So yeah, this one is a little laid back, and the laid back cover hung in there. A relaxing little treat after you’ve binged food all day. Well, that is, if you’re in the U.S. if not, you have a real problem, buddy!
Bam, back with another episode w/ some fresh fresh ska! Seriously, the Show Me Island and Codename: Rocky tracks were just released this week! They were so good I HAD to squeeze them into this episode! As always, if you dig it, like, share and subscribe! I know, this ain’t YouTube, but it still applies! 
We all have our favorite bands, the bands we grew up with, the bands we were friends with, the bands that had music there when we really needed it. They provide us a way back home in our head. Pretty nifty trick music is, isn’t it? This episode features bands that, to be honest, not sure I would’ve found if not doing this podcast. An arguement could be made for Rude King and the Dropsteppers, but I 100% wouldn’t’ve found these other bands had I not been looking for good music to play, and man, I’m so glad I did! They’re all so great! So enjoy this episode of some of my favorite bands I’ve found along the way.
