23min of Ska : Moon Mist

23skaMOONMISTHey everyone, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Because if you don’t, who is going to do it for you? Take that walk, eat that salad, lift those weights. Alternatively, if the care you need is going in the other direction, drink that milkshake, book that trip, finish that book. Maybe take a few minutes to enjoy a ska music podcast while you’re at it…

23min of Ska : Mint Chocolate Chip

23skaMINTCHIPAh, back to normal, playing whatever the heck I want as long as it’s ska. I’m not concerned with keeping it traditional or ska/punk, I just care that it has that snappy ska beat to make you pick up your feet. And when your feet are sore, if you need to keep dancing, press on. If we all called it a day once things got difficult I wouldn’t have gotten this episode out tonight. I’m sleepy and my wrists are burning as I write this. But man, I love this collection of songs, I love that I stuck it out! Hell, I love all the songs that I tried to stick in this episode that didn’t work. I’ll get them into your ears soon, promise.
