Have you ever tried hard not to make a ska pun? I’m fighting it right now… and I even hate ska puns, but you know… some days… Any way, here we are, another set of great ska, reggae and ska/punk songs for you to enjoy, with just a hint of a theme going on… kinda. So yeah, this is what you can kind of expect for several of these episodes, kinda, sorta, maybe based on some of my absolute favorite comics. And yeah, I may start slightly bending some of my rules on replaying songs here, because if you are doing a show about “the Authority” and you don’t include “Jenny Drinks” you are messing up!
What a bear of an episode! Ten songs crammed into only twenty-three minutes! And it’s kicking off with a brand new song from Catbite? Woah! Can you go wrong? No sir or ma’am, you cannot. To be honest, this is a crazy one… mostly because the ska in some of these songs is either a little hidden or only comes in for short bits. So yeah, these aren’t all ska songs, but they all have ska bits somewhere in them. Some of these songs are some of my favorite songs! I understand if you get a bit put off by this episode, ska/punk isn’t everyone’s bag. But this episode, I like this episode and I hope that you do, too.

Never be too afraid to pause your life, for just a bit. Things happen, out of your control, and you need to take a pit-stop. You can’t do this too often, or even make a habit out of it, for if you do, you’ll lose you motivation to press on. We should always be making forward progress, but a short break from it is never a bad thing. Keep dancing, keep exploring and keep being awesome.
Whew, at the end of another 23 episodes! Yes, folks, this is the last donut in the box. What does the future hold? Who knows! You can’t spend that much time worrying about things you can’t predict. I mean you can prepare for the eventual, but you can never prepare of the unknown, so stop stressing so much. Get yourself some good tunes, some good friends and relax.
