This week has been a rough one, and it isn’t fixin’ to get any easier. I’m not going to lie, rough times lay ahead for us all. What can we do? Fight the good fight, of course. Keep our heads held high. Keep your morals and your wits about you. Also, when you get a chance to relax, I hope you do so by listening to this podcast. Hey everyone one! What’s up? I’ve just finished the first of a three-night Slackers concert. I’m tired as heck, but man, still so excited for tonight and tomorrow! This is a laid back episode highlighting not only the Slackers, but the other bands that will be playing (or most likely will be in attendance at least) with them for their stand up at the Troubadour. Not sure how I’m supposed to make it through work on Friday, and my wife already has plans to let me sleep in in Saturday, because she knows that 3 days of work and ska is going to wipe me the heck out. Sorry, I don’t usually like to brag, but I’m super excited about these shows!
I’m gonna come clean on this one… it’s late, I’m tired, and I love this episode. OK, maybe it is sleep deprivation, but damn these are some fine fine ska tunes! I feel like I have so much more to say but, for real, sleep beckons. Luckily, I have this pick me up waiting for me, and all the rest of you rad listeners, to help get me started in the morning!
